This app facilitates the submission of your information to the following official government portals:

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. All
data transmitted between the App and our API (forms-api.naikferry.my.id) is encrypted using Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We prioritize your privacy. We do not store your sensitive Personal Form Data (such as your
passport number, name, or travel details) on our servers (forms-api.naikferry.my.id) after it has
been successfully transmitted to the government portals.
The information is collected from your boarding pass/QR code, held temporarily within the App, and then transmitted to the government portal at your request. It is not saved in our database.
We only retain your Account Information (your email address) for as long as your account is active.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data we store (your email address).
You can request to delete your account at any time by sending an email to our support team at
admin@forms-api.naikferry.my.id with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process
your request within 30 working days.
Our service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy
policy on this page (https://forms-api.naikferry.my.id/privacy-policy) and updating the "Last
updated" date.
